No. You can ask a question and have your HumanOp® results read live — or you can observe, listen, and learn from what others bring. If you'd rather not have your profile discussed publicly, simply don't raise your hand. The session is still valuable as a silent participant.
Yes. A session summary is shared with registered participants after each session. Out of respect for privacy, full recordings are not distributed publicly.
No. The Live Read is educational coaching grounded in the HumanOp® physical nature assessment. We explore how your nature shapes your approach to challenges, but we are not providing therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. If you're dealing with a clinical mental health concern, please work with a licensed professional.
Absolutely. HumanOp® Nexus members are welcome and encouraged to join. The Live Read is a great touchpoint between cohort sessions — bring whatever's come up since your last Deep Dive.
A few paths are available. HAi® in the HumanOp® app gives you personalized AI coaching anytime. Lunch & Learns are free and go deep on specific topics. Beyond that, HumanOp® Nexus runs a full calendar of workshops — including Discovery Nights and Application Labs — that are exclusive to paid Nexus members. As someone who's attended The Live Read, you can try up to 2 member workshops of your choice before committing. After that, the full library — and everything that comes with a Nexus membership — is where the real work happens.
